Delivery Process

Six Controlled Stages

  1. 01

    Site Survey and Feasibility

We review the existing equipment, enclosure condition, dimensions, foundations, cable routes, access restrictions and operating environment.

    Outputs

    • Site measurements
    • Existing-condition record
    • Interface review
    • Access and installation constraints
    • Initial product recommendation
  2. 02

    Product Engineering

The enclosure arrangement is developed around the equipment, maintenance access, material requirements, cable entries, ventilation and site interfaces.

    Outputs

    • Product configuration
    • Access arrangement
    • Cable-entry approach
    • Ventilation requirements
    • Foundation interface
  3. 03

    Civil and Foundation Preparation

Existing slabs and platforms are assessed for suitability. Where required, extensions, new interfaces, cable routes or mounting arrangements are prepared.

    Outputs

    • Existing-base assessment
    • Slab or platform requirements
    • Mounting arrangement
    • Duct and cable-route coordination
    • Site-preparation plan
  4. 04

    Controlled Installation

Delivery and assembly are planned around the site, equipment and operational restrictions. For suitable SafeBox RT replacements, the modular enclosure can be assembled around existing equipment while internal wiring remains in place.

    Outputs

    • Installation sequence
    • Controlled access
    • Equipment protection
    • Cable-entry completion
    • Secure closure
  5. 05

    Inspection and Handover

The completed enclosure is inspected for structure, access, security, sealing, ventilation, labelling and general condition.

    Outputs

    • Installation inspection
    • Product checks
    • Site record
    • Handover information
    • Maintenance requirements
  6. 06

    Maintenance and Support

Maintenance requirements are defined according to the product, environment and installed components.

    Outputs

    • Filter inspection or replacement
    • Ventilation checks
    • Locking and access checks
    • Seal and gasket review
    • Replacement components
    • Lifecycle condition review
