Product Overview
SafeBox AVAC is a highly secure technical enclosure developed to protect sensitive equipment against vandalism, break-in attempts and external damage. A reinforced mechanically welded structure combines robustness, durability, discretion and ease of maintenance.
It is designed to replace existing shelters while limiting civil engineering adaptation, which suits high-risk environments: railway networks, urban areas and isolated sites carrying signalling, telecom, automation or energy equipment.
Galvanised welded structure
Strength, resistance to vandalism and a long service life from a hot-dip galvanised welded assembly.
4-point hardened steel locking
Ø25 mm bars deliver reinforced anti-intrusion security on every door.
Invisible hinges
Concealed hinges give discretion and reinforced resistance to forced removal.
No visible assembly
Nothing accessible from the outside, protecting against sabotage.
Retention tray
Battery retention tray in accordance with environmental rules.
Easy maintenance
Ergonomic opening and full frontal access, dismantling possible without weakening.
Engineering Detail
Welded steel frame
80 × 80 mm steel tubes, 3 mm thick, hot-dip galvanised as one assembly.
4-point locking
Ø25 mm hardened steel bars, with a customisable internal opening device.
Full frontal access
Batteries are replaced in place, without removing the structure.
Retention tray
Contains electrolyte in line with environmental rules.
Two-hour installation
Replaces the existing shelter without stopping traffic, subject to site constraints.
Reuses the existing slab
Slabs reused or enlarged for stability, with plans approved before work.
