Product Overview
The ALIAS Modular Signal Cabinet is built from marine-grade aluminium and tested in operational rail networks across France. It offers long-term protection for critical control and signalling systems in all weather conditions.
Lightweight modular panels assemble around live equipment, so a legacy enclosure showing corrosion and thermal stress becomes a secure, sealed asset in a single shift, with no traffic interruption and no modification of internal wiring.
Autonomous thermal stability
An integrated solar panel and low-consumption fan hold the internal temperature at no more than +5°C above ambient, preventing electronic faults without external power.
Total pest and weather proofing
A fully sealed IP65-rated design blocks rodents, insects, dust and water, eliminating the common causes of shorts and failures.
Zero-disruption deployment
Lightweight modular panels are assembled around live equipment, allowing a full replacement in hours rather than days.
Minimal maintenance
Marine-grade aluminium with a 25-year structural warranty will not rust, corrode or need repainting.
Proven reliability
Field-tested since 2018 with SNCF on high-speed and urban lines, with no reported failures from sealed installations.
Engineering Detail
Modular panel system
Single, double and triple formats from removable and fixed aluminium panels.
Passive thermal regulation
Natural ventilation through filtered top and bottom grilles, tested at +37°C external.
Anti-stagnation roof
Sloped for drainage, with a reflective white UV-resistant finish that cuts solar gain.
MT08045 cable entries
Compliant sealing at every cable entry, closing the route rodents use.
Anti-slip aluminium floor
Coated floor with cable hatches, compatible with slab and raised platforms.
Installed in a single shift
No heavy plant required; panels are carried in and assembled around live equipment.

Where It Is Used
01
Signalling and control
Long-term protection for critical control and signalling systems trackside.
02
High-speed and urban lines
In service with SNCF on both network types since 2018.
03
Live-track renewal
Replacement of corroded legacy enclosures without stopping circulation.
04
Unpowered remote sites
Solar-assisted ventilation removes the need for an external supply.
Send us the site constraints and existing enclosure dimensions. We return a configuration, a slab plan and an installation window.
